Our aim at Scone Equestrian is to give riders a safe and rewarding equestrian experience developing balance, coordination, core strength and confidence which are necessary for attaining riding competency.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are the quickest way to advance your riding skills. Our lessons run for 60 minutes including time taken to tack up and prepare your horse for its lesson, with assistance as required. We believe in teaching all aspects of equestrian care not just riding the horse.
For riders looking for tuition with their horse, we also offer lessons working on all riding skills, and training for your specific discipline and competition goals.
COST: $70/hr on your horse - $110/hr on our horses
FUN, FRIENDLY & SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL AGES
GROUP LESSONS
We provide good-natured, educated horses and ponies to ensure a pleasant and productive riding experience. Our coaches are EA NCAS or PCANSW qualified and are focused on producing happy and confident, competent, well-rounded students. We believe in teaching all aspects of equestrian care not just riding the horse.
Group lessons are a fun friendly learning environment. Our lessons run for 60 minutes including time taken to tack up and prepare your horse for its lesson, with assistance as required.
Riders need to be competent at a strong pace of trot to join a group class.
COST: $90.00
Riders must have completed a private lesson to be assessed before moving to a group if one with riders of similar riding ability is available.
LITTLE RIDERS
TINY TOTS
For children under six years of age. This session runs for 30 minutes, riders will be on the lead and will enjoy activities that are fun and build confidence to become independent and comfortable around horses.
COST: $55.00
SOCIAL RIDES
Family and friends group ride. For people visiting the Horse Capital and wanting an enjoyable experience with horses. This session includes 30 minutes on the arena getting comfortable in the saddle and 30 minutes riding around the property.
