We always endeavor to bring our clients the highest standards overall services. Our high standards, coupled with the extremely labour-intensive nature of this business mean that we schedule our daily activities and roster around our client’s requirements. It’s for these reasons we must apply a strict cancellation policy. All bookings are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel more than 24 hours prior to the booking time will result in a full fee being charged. Either via the forfeit of all pre-paid credit, vouchers or the full fee being charged to the supplied credit card. Bookings booked through Bookeo can be managed via your online bookeo account. Bookeo allows customers to log in at any time to manage, cancel or amend their booking. By the discretion of management, under exceptional circumstances, a booking may be used as a credit towards another service.
